1. Acceptance of Terms

suertebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of suertebet, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active suertebet account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. suertebet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your suertebet wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the suertebet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the suertebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. suertebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your suertebet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your suertebet account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

suertebet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
